Vessels/I'll Be Fair With You
Limited series of small wooden blocks with monoprints applied to all surfaces. The prints have been taken from elements of the everyday with patterned or textured surfaces. These include vintage pressed glass vessels, domestic textiles, packaging materials and everyday ephemera.
The prints are created by using acrylic paint or intaglio printmaking ink onto tissue paper, book pages and instruction sheets. The paper is cut to size and applied to wooden blocks, painted white.
