Initial explorations with Dobles clay and taking my textural work into ceramics. The smooth surface of the Cornish stoneware creates perfect impressions of intricate details from vintage textiles, pressed glassware and everyday domestic objects.
The ceramic work will develop into circular domestic 'Vessels' and include the use of Dobles white and buff clays and experimentation with underglazes.
